Two business partners who had been in business together for over 15 years, when one of the owners decided they wanted to retire the other was not yet ready.

 They did not want to increase the debt on the business simply to buy a partner out as they knew this would leave the remaining owner under financial pressure.

 Mrs J approached Fontmell looking to raise sufficient capital to buy her partner out.

 Fontmell were able to assess the business and made an offer to purchase the property from the two business partners. This released a significant sum of capital for one of the partners to retire and the remining owner to continue to run the business free from the liability of any bank debt retaining the future ownership of the operating company.
