 After assessing the proposition Fontmell we able to assist the clients in buying the property and creating a simultaneous lease for 25 years of occupation.

 The day nursery operator was able to use their capital to fit out the property before applying for Ofsted registration and opening up a first-class facility without huge capital outlay and cashflow pressure.
